Caviar OSIETRA

Osietra Caviar (also spelled Ossetra or Oscietra) is among
the most well known and preferred varieties of Caviar. It is
second only to Beluga Caviar in fame and recognition. This
Caviar comes from Acipenser Gueldenstaedtii, also known
as the Diamond Sturgeon. The flavour and hues can vary
slightly, but the eggs are generally dark brown ranging to
golden in colour with a briny, buttery and always distinctly
nutty taste. The eggs are medium sized and range from 2.8
to 3.0 mm.
