This caviar comes from farmed cross-breed between
Amur (Acipenser schrenckii) & Kaluga (Huso dauricus)
sturgeons.
This “marriage” between the AMUR and KALUGA awards
the eggs with a distinctly creamy texture, nutty taste and a
long, slowly developing aftertaste. The eggs have a
charming look, with colors ranging from light grey to dark
green to nearly black. The size of the AMUR ROYAL eggs
reach 2.9 mm up to 3.2 mm.
