Alaskan salmon is born and lives in the wild. It feeds on plankton and small fish, meaning its diet contains no artificial additives, hormones, or antibiotics, as is often the case with farmed fish. It swims thousands of kilometers in the cold ocean waters. Pink salmon, the smallest and most abundant type of Alaskan salmon, is harvested at the end of summer. The fish are caught in open ocean waters and transported to a nearby processing facility just a few hours after being caught.

Red caviar is rich in easily digestible proteins and contains a complex of amino acids, omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids, vitamins A, E, D, K, B-complex vitamins, iron, sodium, potassium, magnesium, phosphorus, calcium, iodine, and lipids.
