STURGEON CAVIAR (SIBERIAN ROYAL) is caviar from the Siberian sturgeon (Acipenser baerii). The eggs measure 2.5-2.8 mm and have glossy shades ranging from silvery gray to dark gray and even black. This caviar is prized for its extra delicate yet distinctive flavor, sure to please your palate.
