AMUR ROYAL

ROYAL STURGEON CAVIAR (AMUR) is caviar from sturgeon, bred from the Amur sturgeon (Acipenser schenckii) and Kaluga (Huso dauricus). The eggs reach a minimum size of 3 mm and are characterized by glossy shades ranging from greenish-gray to dark gray. An exception is AMUR GOLD caviar, which has a unique “golden” hue. The eggs measure 3.5-4 mm. This caviar is sought after for its delicate nutty flavor, reminiscent of Beluga caviar, and is sure to delight your taste buds.
